Name – Driver Joe
Driver Joe was a large, friendly looking man who had done his job for many years. He had never experienced a breakdown, however and was clearly nervous. He had the presence of mind to summon help, at least. He told The Doctor that the computer had worked out the new route for the trip. He was impressed by the brief sight of the diamond planet when the shields were raised.
Death: Joe and Claude were both killed instantly when the cabin was sheered off and exposed to the x-tonic rays of the sun.
