When the monks overran Torchwood House Flora hid in the wardrobe of Lady Isobel’s bedroom. When Rose was trying on dresses she found her, but the monks had begun knocking out the guards with a sleeping draught and they were caught. Chained up with the other servants and Lady Isobel they escaped and Flora helped her Ladyship to brew up the mistletoe water to attack the werewolf. She is present later when Queen Victoria knights The Doctor and Rose.
