Name – Mr Halpen
If Mr Halpen came from the Deep South of the USA in the mid-nineteenth century he would have a slave plantation and keep one slave as his personal servant, being just that little less cruel to him to gain his loyalty. Swap the Deep South for Ood-Sphere and a black slave for an Ood and that sums him up. He cared nothing for the Ood. He did not recognise them as anything more than livestock. He was prepared to kill all of them to cover up his evil work.
Death: technically he died when the Ood-infused hair tonic and the psychic power of the Ood centra brain combined to turn him into an Ood himself.
