Name – Killer Christmas Tree
The tree appeared at the front door of the flat and Jackie assumed it was sent by Rose while she was shopping. Too late they realise it is some kind of deadly weapon sent to attack them. It begins to spin like a chain saw and demolish the flat, trying to kill Jackie, Mickey and Rose.
Death – The Doctor explodes the tree with the sonic screwdriver, uttering the words ‘remote control’ which implies that something was controlling it. As with the Robot Santas it is not clear who or what.
The following Christmas he spots another dangerous tree. This one, however, throws out exploding baubles rather than moving. They devestate Donna's reception. Later, The Doctor uses the baubles against the Racnoss.
