Name – Dr Moon
Dr Moon appeared to be a child psychiatrist trying to help a young girl cope with seriously disturbing visions of a mysterious library. The first suggestion that he had any other agenda was when he told the girl that the library was real and her world fake. Later he was seen as Donna Noble’s doctor, treating her for a psychiatric problem. But it then transpired that Dr Moon was the personification of a virus checking programme that maintained the central core of the computer that ran the Library planet.
