Rhombus the Major Domo was the chief servant of Caecilius’s household. As well as fetching honeyed ants and dormice for his master, he announced guests. When the Pyrovile erupted through the hypocaust, he greeted it as a god of the underworld, with fatal results.

Death: The Major Domo was consumed by the fiery breath of the Pyrovile.
