Name – Abbot of Amboise
The Abbot of Amboise was the right-hand man of the Catholic leaders of France and a lookalike of the First Doctor.
Death: Marshall Tavannes blamed him for the failed assassination of Admiral De Coligny and had him executed. His death was wrongly blamed on the Huguenots and used as a pretext to launch the Massacre of St. Bartholemew’s Eve.
