Borkar was one of Karlton’s agents who accompanied Sara Kingdom in the search for Brett Vyon and The Doctor and Steven. He believed them to be traitors and did his duty. He was angry with the two scientists, Rhymnal and Froyn for getting in the way of his investigation. They, on the other hand, were angry at him for getting in the way of his experiment.
