Daxtar ran an experimental plant where Bret Vyon chose to land the Spar 7-40 when he and the Doctor were trying to reach the Earth government and stop Chen and the Daleks' plan. Vyon thought Daxtar was his friend, but very quickly realized he was a traitor.

Death: After Daxtar betrayed Vyon and The Doctor to Karlton, he was shot by Vyon.
