Human Appearances – The Crusade
William de Tornebu is a knight of King Richard’s Crusade. He is loyal to his king and fights bravely when the Saracens ambush them. He is badly wounded but found by The Doctor and his companions who treat his wounds and take him back to the King’s court at Jaffa where he recouperates. He vouches for The Doctor and his friends to Richard.
