Name – Dortmun
Dortmun is a wheelchair bound scientist who is convinced his bombs will destroy the Daleks. He is so convinced that he sends out the resistance group with them. However, the bombs do almost nothing to the Daleks and the raid is a disaster. Many of the resistance are killed or captured. Dortmun is devastated at the failure but works on another bomb which he is sure will work. He leaves the formula for Barbara to give to The Doctor, a fellow scientist, and goes outside. He stands up from his wheelchair and confronts the Daleks.
Death – Dortmun throws his bomb with his last effort. It goes off, but does not prevent the Daleks from killing him.
