When they escape, Hlunia and Prapillus lead Barbara to a meeting with Hilio, one of the advanced guard of a Menoptra force come to fight the Animus. She is part of the attack on the Karcenome. She survives to see the Animus vanquished and clean water return to the surface of Vortis.
