The denizens of the haunted house of horror were the sinister Count
Dracula, the terrifying Frankenstein's Monster and the banshee-like
Grey Lady. The Doctor and friends encountered these creatures whilst
on the run from the Daleks, leading to a battle between them in which
several Daleks were polished off by the Frankenstein monster. Their
existence caused the Doctor to believe that the TARDIS had landed
in a nightmare world created by the combined power of humanities'
fears, but in actual fact there was a far more mundane reason for
their appearance. They were part of something called “Festival
of Ghana 1996".
