Theodore Maxtible was a scientist whose time travel experiments with Edward Waterfield were used by the Daleks, who promised him the secret of turning lead into gold. He became their willing agent, and fought the Doctor. Maxtible was eventually turned into a human Dalek.

Death: He fell to his death while fighting Kemel on Skaro, where they had all been brought by the Daleks.
