Osgood was the lunar controller of the T-Mat system. He had recommended Fewsham for his post in the lunar operations, and was concerned that he might be criticised when Fewsham failed to come up to standard. After Gia Kelly notified him of another systems failure he T-Matted to the moon to have it out with Fewsham and was caught up in the Ice Warrior attack.

Death: Osgood was killed by the Ice Warriors for refusing to co-operate with them.
