Name – Elric Penley
Elric Penley was the Senior Scientist of the Britannicus Base in 3000 AD until he clashed with Leader Clent over his reliance on computers. Penley became disillusioned with technology and became a scavenger with Storr. He later helped the Doctor defeat the Ice Warriors, and eventually reconciled with Clent, after having proven the value of human initiative.
