Sergeant Peters was Major Branwell’s right hand man at the Henlow Downs Defence Base. Along with everyone else he was knocked unconscious by a Cyberman mental attack but recovered when The Doctor and U.N.I.T. arrived. He co-ordinated the missile attack on the incoming cyberman ships.
