Resno was one of Lesterson's assistants in the Vulcan science laboratory. He was nervous of the Daleks and did not like Lesteroson arming them, but had no choice but to obey orders from his superior.

Death: He was killed by a Dalek when Lesterson repowered it. Janley initially hid his death from Lesterson so that he would produce more Dalek weapons.
