Name – Hugh
Hugh Fitzwilliam was Ranulf’s hot-headed son who was almost killed in trial by combat by Sir Gilles, but his life was spared by The Doctor’s intercession. Hugh regarded that as an affront to his honour and kidnapped Turlough to find out the truth about the visitors. Later, he and his mother became prisoners of Sir Gilles. He distrusted The Doctor and his companions throughout the crisis.
