Sir George Hutchinson was the hereditary Little Hodcombe, as well as the local magistrate. When Andrew Verney showed him the Malus in the old church, his unbalanced mind awakened it. Under its evil influence, he began a series of deadly war games reenacting the English Civil War. He eventually went completely mad, and became totally possessed by the Malus.

Death: He died when Will Chandler threw him into the Malus's jaws.
