Cybercontroller/Cyberleader
Cyber controllers are larger and more intelligent Cyberman. They control all Cyber-operations.
The Cybercontroller first appeared with a transparent, domed head when archaeologists broke into the Cyber-tombs on Telos, where it lay in wait in a special compartment below those of the ordinary Cybermen. It was the last to die, attempting to escape through the electrified door of the Tomb.
In Attack of the Cybermen, the Cybercontroller was similar in appearance to ordinary Cybermen, except for a domed metallic helmet.
On a parallel Earth, businessman John Lumic became the Cybercontroller during his attempt to upgrade Humanity into Cybermen. This superior Cyberman was again similar to its children, except for its glowing eyes, exposed brain and sprockets which connected it to a life-support system.
The Cyberleader of the cybermen stranded in 1851 London had a distinctive black and silver face somewhat resembling a pit bull dog. It had a clear shell over the top of its brain.
Death: The Cyberleader was destroyed by Mercy Hartigan after she had been converted to Cyberking because it tried to destroy her.
