Anthony Ainley’s Master spent much of the Fifth Doctor’s tenure turning up in disguise as something or someone else. Not only his face, but twice his NAME was disguised. 'Neil Toynay played the Porteeve in Castrovalva until he was revealed as The Master. Likewise the most preposterous of his disguises, “Kalid” in Timeflight, which required a LOT of prosthetics and make up to disguise, was Leon Ny Taiy, both anagrams of Tony Ainley, while his first ever appearance on Doctor Who, Tremas of Traken was an anagram of Master.
