Christopher Burgess had three roles in Doctor Who. In 1968 he was Swann, one of the people caught up in Salamander’s plans in The Enemy of the World. Three years later he entered the colour era with the small role of Prof. George Phillips in Terror of the Autons. Three years on again he was one of Lupton’s stooges, Barnes, in Planet of the Spiders.
