Hubert Rees made his deubt as a Doctor Who actor in 1968 as the put upon chief engineer of the besieged oil refinery in Fury From the Deep. He came back a year later as the evenb more put upon Captain Ransome in The War Games. Finally, in 1969 he played Antarctic explorer John Stevenson, who discovers the Krynoid seeds.
