Runcible

Hugh Walters began his Doctor Who career in 1976 as a Time Lord, though not a very good one. He was Commentator Runcible in The Deadly Assassin, a rather useless TV journalist. In 1985, for the Sixth Doctor story Revelation of the Daleks, he was Vogel, the secretary to the sinister Kara.
