In Arc of Infinity, Janaury 1983, Peter Davison's Doctor was cloned by Omega to give him a corporeal body that slowly decomposed again as he ran amok in Amsterdam.

At first the new body looks fine. Omega is alive again, and looking a lot like The Doctor.

But a few hours later it's another story.
