Cyril

Peter Stephens was always a chubby man, and played larger than life characters. In They Toymaker, in 1966, he played three interchangeable characters, Kitchen Boy, Knave of Hearts and Cyril, a sort of living schoolboy doll of the Billy Bunter mould. A year later, now in the Second Doctor era, he was Lolem, leader of the fish people in The Underwater Menace.
