Robert Sidaway played two parts in very early episodes of Doctor Who. In 1966 he was Avon, one of the people of the advanced city who unknowingly drew their lifeforce from the Savages who lived outside.  In 1968, he returned as Captain Jimmy Turner, UNIT officer, in The Invasion.
