Duggan Alarmed

Tom Chadbon played the over-enthusiastic private detective Duggan in City of Death, a character many people would have liked to have seen as a long term companion. In Mysterious Planet, the first of the Trial of a Time Lord stories, he played Officer Merdeen. He was also the voice of the Jagroth in City of Death.
