George Sewell as Vic Toleman in The Sweeney George Sewell was a very familiar face in British TV and Films. He often portrayed London gangsters in the 1960s and 1970s, appearing in films such as Get Carter and TV series such as The Sweeney as 'baddies'. In 1989 he gave a very credible performance as Mr Ratcliffe, the neo-Nazi who collaborated with the Daleks because he believed Britain fought on the wrong side in the war.
