Born 1943
Malcolm Clarke worked for the BBC Radiophonic Workshop from 1969 until it was dismantled in the 1990s. He first worked for Doctor Who in the early 1970s, composing the music for The Sea Devils. After leaving the BBC, at a late age, he began to study for a PhD in music, friends joking that he would at last be qualified to do what he had spent his life successfully doing. Malcolm provided music to these Doctor Who episodes. The Sea Devils
