The blowfish was a hedonistic creature that stole a sports car while high on drugs and alcohol. Even so, it stopped at the lights to allow an old lady to cross the road. This, possibly, was part of the thrill, giving the indigenous population a scare. But since it was Cardiff, and the indigenous population had seen everything, that didn’t quite come off. Besides, Torchwood were right behind him.

Death: After shooting a man and taking a hostage, the blowfish was killed by Captain Jack with a very carefully aimed shot that missed both Ianto’s head and that of the hostage and blew sushi all over the curtains behind him.
