The Fortune Teller is something of a Torchwood mystery. She looks like a twelve year old girl, but has apparently done so for at least a century. She is a psychic who accurately reads Tarot Cards in a private but slightly seedy club. Jack went to her for information about the Ressurection Gauntlet in order to revive Owen. In a flashback to his life in Victorian Cardiff, it was she who told him he would have to wait a century to meet The Doctor again.
Skye Bennett was born on 2 May 1995, London, England. She attends the Jackie Palmer Stage School in High Wycombe. In addition to acting she has been a figure skater since she was four years old.
