Webb was one of the two guards who patrolled the grounds of Mr Parker’s house. He was a large, hard looking man, but he wasn’t prepared for Owen, who destroyed the electricity substation in Mr Parker’s garden with his bare hands. He tried to attack him, still, and was punched senseless by Owen using a first protected by a Tintin t-shirt.
