Edward Kelsey, known to radio listeners as Joe Grundy from the Archers, played three different roles in Doctor Who over the years. A slave buyer in The Romans, scientist, Resno in Power of The Daleks and the character of Edu in The Creature From The Pit. Since then his most enduring TV work is the dual voice roles of Baron Silas Greenback, the Baddie, and Colonel K, Dangermouse’s boss in the cartoon series. He did eighty-eight episodes of the series. Most recently he was another voice character, Mr. Growbag in Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit
