Graham Cole is best known on TV as PC Tony Stamp, one of the regulars in the long running police series, The BIll. From the Fourth Doctor era to the Sixth a recurring cast member in Doctor Who, frequently playing in prosthetics or all body costumes. He was only twice credited - as a marshman in Full Circle and Crewmember in Resurrection of the Daleks. He was the Melkur, a significant figure in The Keeper of Traken, but was not credited as the Melkur was voiced by Anthony Ainley as the new Master. He was a Kinda tribesman and a Cyberman in Earthshock and finlly a Jacondan in The Twin Dilemma. On documentaries about Doctor Who he has always spoken of the 'credibility' he had from being a cyberman on Doctor Who and seems proud of his contribution to the series.
