Pamela salem played two roles in Doctor Who. She was Toos in Robots of Death, and Rachel in Remembrance of The Dales. Inbetween those two roles she was Miss Moneypenny in the 1983 Bond Film, Never say Never Again, making her the only Bond Girl to be in Doctor Who. She also had a short run in the nautical soap opera Howards Way and most recently played British Prime Minister Maureen Graty in the American political drama The West Wing.
